Online Alexander Technique Drop-In Session

Not sure whether you would enjoy working online?  Then don’t worry as there will be absolutely no charge for the first session, on January 6th, presenting the ideal opportunity for you to find out!  Furthermore, after this free session, there will be no expectation that you will continue.  However, for this to work well for you, you will need to spend some time prior to the session, ensuring that I will be able to see you well, standing, sitting and lying horizontal to the screen. The more I can see and observe you, the more
accurate my feedback can be.

There are advantages to working online:

1. The sessions are just 1 hour out of your day and you do not have to travel to and from, the class
2. The winter weather conditions will not stop you from attending!
3. I will record the sessions, so you will have a recording of the session after the class.
4. You can practice in your own time by revisiting the recording.

I recommend that you pair up with a buddy from the class you are attending and join them in your own time for online practice sessions.
When the weather improves you can then join a live group class if you wish

These ‘drop in’ sessions, will be held continuously throughout the year (excluding necessary
breaks, of which you will be notified).

Each session will cost £10 (payable in advance) and, if you book seven in advance you pay for just six. The group may vary each week in size from a minimum of 3* to a maximum 8 participants. I do ask that you let me know before the session if you are unable to attend for any reason.

If you have given me advanced notice that you can’t attend at any time, you will not be charged for the session. I recommend that, initially, you pay for just one session, to see whether it is something you might like to do, before investing in further sessions.
